General Comments:
 Orkney Dream has had numerous upgrades including engine heads rebuilt, New hot water tank, Holding tank and upholstery.

Accommodation:
 Vessel has 6'4'' of headroom, 2 berths forward, 2 in the main cabin and a double berth aft. She has a manual head, Hot water, Shower and an Espar forced air furnace.

Galley:
 Vessel has a Magic Chef 4-burner stove w/oven, NorCold 12/110V fridge and plenty of cupboard/counter space.

Mechanical:
Vessel has twin 230 hp Volvo Penta 305 CID Chev engines with 1,758 hrs and FWC. She has 2-station Hydraulic steering.

 Vessel has a Swim grid, Trim tabs, 15 kg Claw anchor, 300' chain, Electric windlass, Flying bridge, Bridge covers, Camper back cockpit cover, OB bracket, Boarding ladder, Fenders, Bilge pumps, Zincs, Propane alarms, Running lights, Fire and Safety equipment.

Electrical:
Vessel is 12/110V with 2-6V golf cart batteries and 2 12V start batteries, She has a Charger, 700W inverter, and a Battery monitor.

Electronics and Navigation:
Vessel has 2 Aquameter compasses, 2 Apelco Clipper VHF/FM, Apelco Sounder/Fish finder and a Motorola Entertainment center.
