Power Boat Specs: 

General Comments:
 "Dream Maker" has been nicely upgraded over the past few years, including  Canvas on Command Bridge, Hardtop over cockpit, New cushions in the Salon, all new carpeting throughout the vessel and a new Espar cabin heater. She was last surveyed and drydocked in 2007

Accommodation:
 Double berth forward, a double in the main cabin, and a double in the mid cabin. She has a manual head with a 23 gal holding tank, Y Valve, Jabsco macerator, Press hot/cold water, Attwood 11 gal 110V plus bus hot water tank, Shower and an Espar cabin furnace.

Galley:
 Hillerange 3- burner stove w/oven, Sanyo microwave, 12/110V Nova Kool fridge w/freezer and a Dickenson Sea-B-Que. There is a cockpit sink with Hot/Cold water.

Mechanical:
 Vessel has twin 220 hp, US Marine 305 CID gas engines. She has 2 station hydraulic steering, 3 blade 16X15 1/2 props plus spares and 1 1/2" SS shafts.

Deck:
 Swim grid, Trim tabs, Transom step, Danforth 22S anchor, 20' 5/16" chain, 200' 5/8-3 strand line, Lofrans windlass, Command bridge w/Full enclosure, Hardtop cockpit cover, Stern Ladder, 3 fenders w/SS holders, Zincs, Propane/Engine alarms, Remote searchlight, Running lights,, Anchor light and a Teak flag pole.

Electrical:
 12/110V with 4-6V golf cart house batteries, 1-HD 12V start battery, ProMariner 35 amp charger, Heart Freedom 10 inverter and Tank Watch.

Electronics and Navigation:
 Ritchie 2 1/2" compass, 2 sounders, Horizon Quest DSC VHF, Garmin GPSMap 200, Apelco LDR-9900 radar, Loran C, Jensen AM/FM/Cassette stereo and a Sansui 13" TV/VHS.
