Sail Boat Specs: 

General Comments:
 Well equipped and maintained. Almost all systems have been replaced including Holding tank, New Isuzu engine and associated plumbing. This is a great family cruiser with respectable racing abilities.

Accommodation:
 Forward double berth, 2 Quarterberths, Dinette converts to a double, Force 10-1000 furnace, 20 gal holding tank w/macerator, New cushions and upholstery in the cabin, Windows upgraded recently.

Galley:
 New 3 burner propane stove w/oven, Nova Cool fridge, SS sinks, ample counter space.

Mechanical:
 New 25 hp Isuzu diesel engine w/621 hrs (2005), wheel steering, 3 blade Campbell prop, Dripless seal and flex joint on shaft.

Rig and Sails:
 Fully battened Main sail, 150 Genoa (3 yrs old), Storm Jib (Like New), Spinnaker w/Pole, Tri Radial sail in good condition, Furlex roller headsail, Lewmar 2 spd self tailing winches, Boom kicker and a 110 Genoa.

Deck:
 New Dodger/Bimini and Sun Queen on SS frames, 7.5 Kg Bruce anchor, 100' chain, 375' line, Lewmar 700 Windlass, 9' Maxxon dinghy, 4 hp/4 stroke Yamaha outboard, Rear davit for Outboard, Bilge pumps, SS Boarding ladder on the stern, Engine alarms, 2-10lb aluminum propane tanks mounted on the  stern, New deck cushions, Fire and Safety equipment.

Electrical:
 12/110V, 4-Golf cart batteries, Blue Seas electrical panels, 40 amp True Charge charger and a Power smart regulator.

Electronics and Navigation:
 Compass, Raytheon VHF, Magellan Chart Plotter.
