General Comments:
 Vessel had a major refit in 2007 including Sub-decks, Standing rigging including chain plates, Fuel and water tanks.

 Webasto forced air furnace, Forepeak cabin with single berth, Double berth in main cabin and 2 single berths in salon. 6' headroom, Holding tank, Y Valve, Macerator, Force 10 110V/Engine coil hot water.

Galley:
 3 burner stove w/oven, Ice box and ample storage space.

Mechanical:
 55 hp Perkins 4-108, 857 hrs, 3 blade 14X7 prop, Cable and Chain quadrant steering.

Rig and Sails:
 Mizzen, 150 Genoa, Working Jib, Storm Jib, Gennaker, Whisker pole and a New Main. 2-Barlow 22, 3-Barlow 15 and 1-Barlow 20 winches.

Deck:
 Manual ratchet (Slow/High speed), Pulpit, Cockpit cover, 8' fibreglass dinghy, Boarding ladder, Fenders, 3000 gph, 500 gph bilge pumps, Zincs, Propane/Fire alarms, Handheld searchlight, Dinghy davits on transom, Anchor light, Running lights, Fire and Safety equipment.

 12/110V, 4-Group 27 Deep cycl batteries, ProMite 20 amp charger and a Xantrex 1000 inverter.
