General Comments:
 "Rapparee" has been very well maintained inside and out. She is a pleasure to show.

Accommodation:
 Vessel has 2 berths forward and a Double berth aft. She has a manual marine head and a 24 gal holding tank.

Galley:
 Vessel has an Alcohol stove and a 12V fridge.

Mechanical:
 Vessel has a 24 hp Volvo MD-2 diesel engine w/FWC. It was overhauled in 2002 and has 500 hrs since an overhaul.

Performance under power: 

Rig and Sails:
Vessel has a Main sail, Foresail, 175 sq, Genoa and a Yankee. 

Deck:
Vessel has a Bruce anchor, 100' 5/16 chain, 100' line, Danforth w/rode secondary anchor, Electric windlass, Pulpit, Pushpit, Bimini, Tent cockpit cover, 8' F/G pram, Boarding ladder, Fenders, Bilge pumps, Zincs, Running lights, Anchor Light, Fire and Safety Equipment. 

Electrical:
 Vessel is 12V with 2 Batteries.

Electronics and Navigation:
 Vessel has a Compass, VHF, GPS, Windex and a ComNav NX2 Autopilot.
