General Comments:
 Time Out is a well maintained and well equipped vessel. She is ready to sail today.

Accommodation:
 Vessel has 6'1'' headroom, a double berth fwd, a double in main cabin and a quarter berth. She has a manual head with Y Valve and electric macerator. She has Press 110V hot water and a Webasco forced air furnace.

Galley:
 Vessel has a Hillerange 3-burner stove w/oven, Ice box, Propane BBQ and a Coolertron.

Mechanical:
 Vessel has a 14 hp Yanmar 2GM diesel engine, 2-blade Campbell Sailor prop and Wheel steering.
